Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Certificate must be unused and within 30 days of purchase
  • No changes have been made to the certificate terms
  • Request must be submitted through your account

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Certificates with special discounts or promotions applied
  • Certificates redeemed or partially used
  • Certificates beyond the 30-day window
  • Extended or bonus benefits added to certificates

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Navigate to your certificates
  3. Click the refund button on eligible certificates
  4. Confirm your request
  5. Refunds process within 5-7 business days

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of management for extenuating circumstances. Contact support for consideration.
