Refund Eligibility

- Certificate must be unused and within 30 days of purchase
- No changes have been made to the certificate terms
- Request must be submitted through your account
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Certificates with special discounts or promotions applied
- Certificates redeemed or partially used
- Certificates beyond the 30-day window
- Extended or bonus benefits added to certificates
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Log into your account
- Navigate to your certificates
- Click the refund button on eligible certificates
- Confirm your request
- Refunds process within 5-7 business days
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of management for extenuating circumstances. Contact support for consideration.
