About the Program
What exactly is a "complimentary hotel stay"?
A complimentary hotel stay means the room itself is free. You receive a certificate that covers the hotel room cost for 3-7 nights (depending on destination). However, you must pay required taxes and resort fees directly at the time of booking, which typically range from $30-65 per night.
Is this a timeshare presentation or sales pitch?
No. There is no timeshare presentation, sales meeting, or obligation to attend any promotional events. The hotel stays are provided through our reward provider partnership and are genuine complimentary stays with only the standard taxes and fees required.
How is this different from other travel discount programs?
Unlike discount programs that reduce prices, we provide actual complimentary hotel nights. You pay only the mandatory taxes and resort fees that every guest pays. The room cost itself is covered by your certificate.
Fees & Costs
What fees will I need to pay?
You pay: (1) Your membership fee ($59/year or $15/quarter), and (2) Required taxes and resort fees at booking time, typically $30-65 per night depending on destination. These are mandatory fees charged by hotels and local governments to all guests.
Why are there taxes and resort fees?
Taxes and resort fees are standard charges that every hotel guest pays, regardless of how they booked. These include local government taxes, tourism taxes, and hotel service fees. These cannot be waived as they are required by law or hotel policy.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. We display all tax/fee amounts for each destination on our Fees & Transparency page before you select. What you see is what you pay. Optional upgrades or add-ons (room upgrades, activities, meals) are your choice.
Can I see the fees before I commit?
Absolutely! Visit our Fees & Transparency page to see exact nightly fees for every destination. You'll also see fees displayed during the certificate claim process before you finalize.
Membership & Plans
What's the difference between Annual VIP and Quarterly plans?
Annual VIP ($59/year): You receive 2 certificates immediately - one for yourself and one to gift to someone else. Quarterly ($15/quarter): You earn 1 certificate after completing your first booking action through our platform.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your account portal. Note that certificates already issued remain valid, but you won't receive new certificates after cancellation.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel?
Certificates you've already claimed remain valid and usable. Canceling your membership only prevents future certificate issuance.
Can I upgrade from Quarterly to Annual?
Yes! Contact support to upgrade your plan. You'll receive the additional Annual VIP benefits upon upgrade.
Booking & Destinations
How many destinations are available?
We offer 100+ destinations worldwide, including major cities in the US, Europe, Asia, Australia, and more. Check our Fees & Transparency page for the full list.
Can I choose any hotel?
Hotels are selected through our reward provider's network. When you redeem your certificate, you'll see available hotels for your chosen destination. These are quality hotels, but specific properties vary by destination and availability.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 30-60 days in advance for best availability. Peak seasons and popular destinations may require earlier booking.
Can I book for specific dates?
Date availability depends on the hotel and destination. You'll see available dates when redeeming your certificate. Flexibility with dates helps ensure better availability.
How long are certificates valid?
Certificates are typically valid for 12-18 months from issue date. Check your specific certificate for exact validity period.
Gift Certificates
Can I gift a certificate to someone else?
Yes! Annual VIP members receive one certificate specifically for gifting. You'll enter the recipient's name and email during the gift claim process, and they'll receive the redemption link directly.
Does the gift recipient need a membership?
No, gift recipients don't need their own membership. They receive the certificate directly and can redeem it independently.
Can I gift to someone in another country?
Yes, certificates can be gifted to anyone with a valid email address. They can then book from any available destination.
Refunds & Issues
What's your refund policy?
Membership fees are non-refundable once certificates have been issued. If you're unsatisfied before claiming certificates, contact support within 14 days for potential refund options.
What if I have issues with my booking?
Contact our support team through the portal. We'll work with you and the reward provider to resolve any booking issues.
What if a destination becomes unavailable?
Destination availability can change. If your selected destination becomes unavailable, you can choose an alternative destination from the available list.
