For Affiliates Promoting Our Product

If you are an affiliate promoting MyVacayRewards through ClickBank or any other platform, please note:

• Any income or commission figures published (such as average EPC, gravity, or commission percentages) are based on historical data and are not guarantees of future earnings.
• Your actual results as an affiliate will depend on your traffic quality, promotional methods, audience fit, and many other factors outside our control.
• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws including the FTC Act, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other regulations relevant to your jurisdiction and audience.
• You must follow the approved and forbidden claims guidelines published at myvacayrewards.com/affiliates.
• Making income, earnings, or guarantee claims about MyVacayRewards outside the approved claims list may result in permanent removal from our affiliate program and reporting to ClickBank.

For Members / Buyers

MyVacayRewards is a travel membership that provides complimentary hotel stay certificates. Your experience as a member depends on factors including destination availability, your chosen travel dates, and your willingness to comply with the booking requirements (30-day advance booking, taxes and resort fees, gift certificate address rules, etc.) which are disclosed at the point of purchase.

Testimonials and sample trips shown on our marketing materials reflect real experiences of actual members, but your individual experience may differ based on the destinations you choose and when you book.

Gift Goal Program

Our Gift Goal Platform allows members to earn credits toward their own travel certificate when friends and family join through their personal link. This is a referral incentive system — not an income opportunity, MLM, or business opportunity. No monetary earnings are paid to members through the Gift Goal program. Credits are redeemable only for MyVacayRewards hotel stay certificates and cannot be converted to cash.

Ambassador / Referral Commissions

Separately from the Gift Goal program, MyVacayRewards may offer monetary referral commissions to approved Ambassadors. Any such commissions are disclosed at the time of enrollment and are not guaranteed income. Earnings depend entirely on the number of qualified referrals generated by the Ambassador.

Travel Savings Claims

Savings comparisons shown on our site (for example, “save $821.25 vs. Expedia”) are based on average published hotel rates at the time of publication and are illustrative only. Actual savings vary based on destination, season, availability, and the price you would otherwise pay through another booking channel. The only cost that goes to MyVacayRewards is your membership fee. Taxes and resort fees are mandatory charges paid directly to the hotel and local government.
